Every other Wednesday, Mike and Joe sit down at Mike's studio on Kent Island with someone from around the Shore and ask about the moment everything changed. The job they walked away from. The gig that turned into something bigger. The thing they almost didn't try.

Mike Waskey runs the Kent Island Academy of Music. Joe Bryan runs Image & Sound Media, which films and produces every episode. We're both musicians and we both run our own small businesses, so most of these conversations start from common ground.
